Our top priority with this auction is to raise funds for The Glass Outhouse Art Gallery, a renowned not for profit establishment in Wonder Valley, CA which exists for the exhibit and sale of art for which the owner/proprietor receives no fee or profit, said sales benefitting the artists themselves. Items offered in this auction are new and original works of art donated by artists for sales to benefit The Glass Outhouse. Under these circumstances all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for any reason. Items are sold as described and purchase and shipping costs will not be refunded due to differing opinions of other companies, people, industry people, Authenticators and/or Authentication opinions. The Artists LeFey LLC is not responsible if a professional evaluation disagrees with our opinion or with other Authenticators’ opinions in the sale of donated items in this auction.
